CoCreate Occupational Therapy is a provider of comprehensive occupational therapy (OT) services based in Brisbane, Queensland. Our experienced therapists can help with a range of occupational therapy services for clients with psychosocial and physical disabilities through the National Insurance Disability Scheme (NDIS). We can support you by:
conducting assessments (FCA, AT, SIL, SDA) and developing plans
developing and delivering capacity building programs for health, wellbeing and skill development
prescribing adaptations and assistive technologies

We offer competitively priced Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) for clients seeking evidence with an application for NDIS funding.
